AN INTRODUCTION
Our steeping instructions are just a starting point. As you discover your personal taste for tea, you can adjust your preferences. We recommend brewing our loose leaf teas using an infuser with water at our specified temperatures and for our specified times.
You can find more information on our different types of tea HERE.
NOTE: Proper steeping times contribute to the ultimate flavor and aroma of the tea. Over-steeping can produce a bitter taste. To achieve a stronger brew, rather than increasing steeping time, simply add more leaves.
